Our Return & Refund Policy

National Abrasives is happy to work with each customer in the event that an item may need to be returned. A 10% restocking fee may apply on non stock items. Stock items can be returned to us for a full refund, shipping charges may apply. Items being returned must be in their original packaging with the original quantity that was shipped out to the customer. Special make items are not returnable. All returns must be make within 6 months of the purchase date with the customers proof of purchase. We are also able to work with customers in the event that you would like to make an exchange for a similar product at the same cost. All returns are subject to review by National Abrasives.
