Ceramic resin fiber discs are made with a vulcanized fiber backing coated in a layer of resin and abrasive. This highly rigid construction provides strong edge strength, a uniform particle size and an aggressive cut, making ceramic resin fiber discs perfect for metal grinding. 

These discs are best suited to heat-sensitive materials such as stainless steel, high nickel alloys, titanium and other superalloys in medium- to high-pressure applications. At 60 grit, they are ideal for rapid stock removal and blending welds. 

With a 5-inch diameter and 7/8-inch center hole, these discs are conveniently sized to fit most grinders and certain types of disc sanders. They are also packaged in boxes of 25 for an excellent value.
