The disc has C-paper backing, which is designed for heavy-duty projects. Its semi-open coating has a lower degree of abrasives for a slow cut that requires minimal aggression. With the grip attachment method, you can change worn discs quickly and save time while working.

This 5-inch disc has 42 holes (42H) throughout the surface, which allows the sander to draw the sawdust into the collection chamber. This design allows the sanding disc to work efficiently.

The 42H P100 disc is suitable for vehicle manufacturing, wood processing, automotive refinishing, marine industry and metal processing applications. Use on naturally soft materials, like pine, fir, spruce, plaster or previously painted surfaces.
